dc.description.abstractВ статті досліджено сутність та представлено визначення поняття «кадровий потенціал», проаналізовано особливості управління кадровим потенціалом на підприємстві. Узагальнено наукові підходи щодо формування системи управління кадровим потенціалом підприємства. Визначено основні компоненти розвитку кадрового потенціалу підприємства, а також завдання процесу розвитку кадрів в організації. Визначено, що управління кадровим потенціалом підприємства передбачає підбір персоналу і створення бази для його розвитку, управління корпоративним навчанням, управління ефективністю та результативністю показників розвитку, управління винагородами кадрів.
dc.description.abstractotherThe article examines the essence and presents the definition of the concept of «personnel potential», it has been analyzed the features of the management of personnel potential at the enterprise. The scientific approaches to the formation of the personnel potential management system of the enterprise are summarized. The main components of the development of the personnel potential of the enterprise, as well as the tasks of the personnel development process in the organization, are determined. It was determined that the management of the personnel potential of the enterprise involves the selection of personnel and the creation of a base for their development, management of corporate training, management of the efficiency and effectiveness of development indicators, management of personnel rewards
