кваліфікаційної роботи, виконаної на тему:
«Управління комерційною діяльністю на підприємстві»
(за матеріалами ТОВ «ІДС АКВА СЕРВІС»)
Випускна кваліфікаційна робота магістра присвячена дослідженню
теоретичних і методичних основ комерційною діяльністю на підприємстві.
Було розроблено напрями підвищення ефективності комерційної діяльності
підприємства ТОВ «ІДС АКВА СЕРВІС», а саме: розширення асортименту
продукції та послуг; проведення рекламних заходів; введення бонусної системи для
постійних клієнтів та розробка мобільного застосунку «Аква Сервіс».
Проведене оцінювання показало, що реалізація запропонованих заходів з
підвищення ефективності комерційної діяльності ТОВ «ІДС АКВА СЕРВІС» є
економічно доцільною. Для проведення заходів з підвищення ефективності
комерційної діяльності підприємства складе 2915,37 тис.грн. Запропоновані заходи
можуть підвищити обсяг чистого прибутку на 25,98 % або 15 621 тис.грн. Також,
очікується покращення показників рентабельності та ділової активності.

Annotation

«Management of commercial activities at the enterprise»
(based on materials from LLC «IDS AQUA SERVICE»)
The final qualifying paper is devoted to the study of the theoretical and
methodological foundations of commercial activities at the enterprise.
Directions for increasing the efficiency of commercial activities of LLC "IDS
AQUA SERVICE" were developed, namely: expanding the range of products and
services; conducting promotional events; introducing a bonus system for regular
customers and developing the mobile application "Aqua Service".
The assessment showed that the implementation of the proposed measures to
increase the efficiency of commercial activities of LLC "IDS AQUA SERVICE" is
economically feasible. The cost of measures to increase the efficiency of commercial
activities of the enterprise will be 2915.37 thousand UAH. The proposed measures can
increase the amount of net profit by 25.98% or 15,621 thousand UAH. Also, an
improvement in profitability and business activity indicators is expected.
