АНОТАЦІЯ
кваліфікаційної роботи, виконаної на тему:
«Управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства»
(за матеріалами ТОВ «НПО Сварог», м. Чернігів)
Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню процесу підвищення
конкурентоспроможності на підприємстві. У роботі досліджено теоретичні та
методичні аспекти управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства в
сучасних умовах; проведено аналіз фінансово-економічної діяльності
підприємства; проведено оцінювання ефективності системи управління
конкурентоспроможністю підприємства; розроблено заходи з удосконалення
процесу управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства.
Досліджено динаміку основних показників діяльності підприємства
протягом 2021 – 2023 років з метою розробки програми управління
конкурентоспроможності на підприємстві. Запропоновані рекомендації та
покращення мають на меті забезпечити більш ефективну адаптацію до
викликів конкурентного середовища та забезпеченння сталого розвитку.

Annotation
final qualifying paper performed on the theme:
"Management of enterprise competitiveness"
(based on the materials of "NPO Svarog" LLC, Chernihiv)
Final qualifying paper is devoted to the study of the process of increasing
competitiveness at the enterprise. Theoretical and methodical aspects of enterprise
competitiveness management in modern conditions are investigated in the work; an
analysis of the financial and economic activity of the enterprise was carried out; an
evaluation of the effectiveness of the enterprise's competitiveness management
system was carried out; measures have been developed to improve the process of
managing the competitiveness of the enterprise.
The dynamics of the main indicators of the company's activity during 2021-
2023 were studied in order to develop a program for managing competitiveness at
the company. The proposed recommendations and improvements are aimed at
ensuring more effective adaptation to the challenges of the competitive environment
and ensuring sustainable development.
