This article explores the theoretical and methodological bases of gamification of the educational process and its integration into enterprise. Gamification is defined as the use of game design elements and mechanics in non-game contexts to enhance engagement, motivation, and learning outcomes. The effectiveness and risks of gamification are discussed, along with methods of integration into the educational and workplace systems. The article concludes that gamification offers a promising approach to addressing the challenges of lifelong learning and skills development in the 21st century.
