Анотація
Висвітлюються концептуальні засади інвестиційного менеджменту: теоретичні основи, сутність і функції інвестиційного менеджменту, розглядаються методологічні основи системного забезпечення інвестиційного менеджменту, його методичний інструментарій. Розкриваються сутність інвестиційного ринку, його основні елементи та учасники, основа інвестиційної стратегії підприємства, принципи та порядок її розробки. Надані основні засади й особливості управління реальними та фінансовими інвестиціями підприємства, управління формуванням інвестиційних ресурсів, а також методологічні засади і моделі інвестиційної оцінки підприємства та його активів. Розглянуто економічну природу мотивації транскордонного руху капіталів і здійснення міжнародних інвестицій у різних формах – прямого іноземного та портфельного інвестування, основні підходи до оцінювання їх ефективності, у тому числі в умовах невизначеності та ризиків.
Для студентів і викладачів економічних ЗВО, а також буде корисним керівникам та іншим практикам у сфері інвестиційного менеджменту підприємств.

INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT
The conceptual foundations of investment management are highlighted: theoretical foundations, essence and functions of investment management, methodological foundations of the system support of investment management, its methodological tools are considered. The essence of the investment market, its main elements and participants, the basis of the investment strategy of the enterprise, the principles and procedure for its development are revealed. The basic principles and features of management of real and financial investments of the enterprise, management of the formation of investment resources, as well as methodological principles and models of investment valuation of the enterprise and its assets are provided. The economic nature of motivation for cross-border capital movement and international investment in various forms – foreign direct and portfolio investment, the main approaches to assessing their effectiveness, including in conditions of uncertainty and risks, are considered.
For students and teachers of economic universities, as well as will be useful for managers and other practitioners in the field of investment management of enterprises.
