dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто поняття «бізнес процесів» підприємства та пропозицій щодо підвищення ефективності управління (оптимізації) бізнес-процесами підприємства. Узагаль-нено теоретичні та практичні основи управління бізнес-процесами, визначено основні принципи їх оптимізації. За результатами дослідження, встановлено що оптимізація бізнес-процесів у сучас-них ринкових умовах повинна бути реалізована в декілька етапів: попередній аналіз чинної бізнес моделі підприємства та кожної частини окремого бізнес-процесу з виявленням недо-ліків; виокремлення ключових бізнес-процесів в умовах кризи; розробка оптимізації бізнес-процесів.
dc.description.abstractotherThis article examines the definition of "business processes" of the enterprise and proposals for improving the efficiency of management (optimization) of the enterprise’s business processes. The theoretical and practical foundations of business process management are summarized and the main principles of their optimization are defined. Accordingly the results of the research, it was established that the optimization of business processes in nowadays market conditions should be implemented in several stages: a preanalysis of the current business model of the enterprise and each part of a separate business process with the identification of disadvantages; highlighting main business processes in crisis conditions; development of optimization of business processes
