АНОТАЦІЯ
кваліфікаційної роботи, виконаної на тему:
«Розробка програми реструктуризації підприємства»
(за матеріалами ТОВ “Епіцентр К”) м. Київ)
У даній кваліфікаційній роботі розглядається актуальна проблема
реструктуризації підприємств в умовах сучасної економіки, яка характеризується
швидкими змінами та посиленням конкуренції. Основною метою дослідження є
розробка програми реструктуризації для підприємства, що сприятиме оптимізації
його діяльності, підвищенню ефективності управління та забезпеченню стійкості в
умовах ринкових трансформацій.
У першій частині роботи проведено аналіз теоретичних аспектів
реструктуризації, виявлено основні етапи та методи, що можуть бути застосовані в
процесі реструктуризації. Досліджено поточний стан підприємства та здійснено
діагностику ключових проблем, які потребують вирішення. На основі проведеного
аналізу запропоновано комплексну програму реструктуризації, що містить ряд
заходів, спрямованих на поліпшення фінансових показників, вдосконалення
організаційної структури та підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства.
Робота завершується висновками, в яких підкреслюється важливість
проведення реструктуризації для забезпечення довгострокового розвитку
підприємства та його адаптації до динамічних умов ринку.
ABSTRACT

This qualifying paper addresses the pressing issue of enterprise restructuring in the
context of a modern economy characterized by rapid changes and intensified competition.
The primary objective of the research is to develop a restructuring program for an
enterprise, which will facilitate the optimization of its operations, enhance management
efficiency, and ensure sustainability amid market transformations.
In the first part of the work, a theoretical analysis of restructuring is conducted,
identifying the main stages and methods that can be applied in the restructuring process.
The current state of the enterprise is examined, and a diagnosis of key problems requiring
resolution is performed. Based on the conducted analysis, a comprehensive restructuring
program is proposed, encompassing a series of measures aimed at improving financial
performance, refining the organizational structure, and enhancing the enterprise's
competitiveness.
The work concludes with findings that emphasize the importance of implementing
restructuring to ensure the long-term development of the enterprise and its adaptation to
dynamic market conditions.
