кваліфікаційної роботи, виконаної на тему:
«Управління результативністю бізнес-процесів на підприємстві»
(за матеріалами ТОВ «Ельфа Лабораторія», м.Київ)
Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню процесу управління
бізнес-процесами на підприємстві торгівлі. У роботі вирішено важливе
науково-практичне завдання щодо подальшого розвитку теоретичних основ,
методичних і практичних пропозицій та рекомендацій з удосконалення
процесу управління результативністю бізнес-процесів на підприємстві.
Досліджено динаміку основних показників діяльності підприємства
протягом 2020-2022 років з метою оцінки результативності бізнес-процесів на
підприємствах роздрібної торгівлі та прогнозування бізнес-процесів ТОВ
«Ельфа Лабораторія».
Ключові слова: бізнес-процес, управління бізнес-процесами,

Annotation
final qualifying paper performed on the theme:
«Management of business process performance at the enterprise»
(based on the materials LLC Elfa Laboratory, Kyiv)
The qualifying paper is devoted to the study of the process of managing
business processes at a trade enterprise. The work solves an important scientific and
practical task of further development of theoretical foundations, methodological and
practical proposals and recommendations for improving the process of managing the
performance of business processes at the enterprise.
The dynamics of the main indicators of the enterprise's activity during 2020-
2022 is studied to assess the effectiveness of business processes at retail enterprises
and to forecast the business processes of Elfa Laboratory LLC.
