dc.description.abstractЧугай С. Проєкт хостелу у місті Київ Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена проектуванню хостелу у місті Київ. За результатами досліджень внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища обґрунтовано концепцію хостелу. Визначено площу приміщень різного функціонального призначення, визначено форму будівлі та поверховість. Визначено обсяги діяльності, здійснено планування основних засобів, поточних витрат, операційних доходів, складено план з праці виконано планування операційних доходів, маржинального прибутку. Здійснено оцінювання ефективності інвестиційного проекту, період окупності по даному проекту становить 11 років. Ключові слова: проект, хостел, концепція, прибуток, заклад ресторанного господарства, дохід, капітал. Chugay S. Hostel project in the city of Kyiv The qualification work is devoted to the design of a hostel in the city of Kyiv. Based on the results of studies of the internal and external environment, the concept of the hostel is substantiated. The area of premises of various functional purposes, the shape of the building and the number of floors are determined. The scope of activity was determined, the planning of fixed assets, current costs, operating income was carried out, the labor plan was drawn up, the planning of operating income and marginal profit was carried out. An assessment of the effectiveness of the investment project was carried out, the payback period for this project is 11 years.
