| dc.description.abstract | Анотація випускної кваліфікаційної роботи, виконаної на тему: «Формування та розвиток іміджу підприємства» (за матеріалами ТОВ «СЕРВІСПРО», м.Київ) Випускна кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню процесу формування та розвитку іміджу підприємства. У роботі вирішено важливе науково-практичне завдання щодо подальшого розвитку теоретичних основ, методичних і практичних пропозицій та рекомендацій з удосконалення процесу формування та розвитку іміджу підприємства. Досліджено динаміку іміджу підприємства протягом 2017 – 2019 років з метою розробки програми розвитку іміджу на підприємстві, оцінено ефективність запровадження змін на підприємстві. Ключові слова: імідж, розвиток іміджу, механізм, методи, дослідження. Annotation final qualifying paper performed on the theme: «Creation and development the company’s image» (based on materials LLC «SERVICEPRO», Kyiv) Final qualifying paper devoted to the study of the process of formation and development of the image of the enterprise. The paper solves an important scientific and practical task for the further development of theoretical foundations, methodological and practical proposals and recommendations for improving the process of formation and development of the image of the enterprise. The dynamics of the image of the enterprise during 2017 - 2019 is studied in order to develop a program of image development at the enterprise, the effe ctiveness of changes in the enterprise is evaluated.
