| dc.description | In the course of conducting a theoretical and empirical study of the gender determination of the choice of a behavior strategy during a conflict among students, we reached the following conclusions: Gender is a socio-cultural construct that reflects social, cultural, psychological and other aspects of people’s sexual identity. Gender roles and expectations are related to gender stereotypes and vary according to cultural and historical context. There are certain expectations in society about how a man and a woman should behave and what roles they should play. These expectations affect many areas of life, including family relationships, professional development, politics, and more. A conflict is a situation in which two or more parties with opposing interests, views, or needs face each other. Conflicts can arise in various areas of life, including personal life, work, business, politics, and others. There are several behavioral strategies that can be used during conflict: rivalry, compromise, cooperation, avoidance, accommodation. The choice of a particular strategy depends on many factors, including cultural, individual and contextual factors. In the course of the study, it was established that for persons with manifestations of androgyny, it is characteristic to choose such strategies of behavior during conflict, which involve the search for compromises and the development of alternative solutions, mutual respect during communication and maintaining relationships. Studies with masculine characteristics are more likely to choose harsh actions in conflict situations, or to avoid them altogether. Individuals with purely strapping manifestations are characterized by strategies that have the character of compliance, adaptation and cooperation, for them the key is to preserve relationships, even if it is necessary not to pay attention to their own desires and needs. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Важливим аспектом розвитку особистості є гендерна приналежність, тобто до якої статі належить індивід - чи до чоловічої, чи до жіночої. Це обумовлює життєвий вибір, стиль поведінки, і саму роль, відведену суспільством. Тема гендерних особливостей набираєвсе більших обертів у сучасній науці, та й не лише там. Вона законно посідає одне з чільних місць в освітніх та соціальних проектах цілого світу. Переважна більшість вважає, відмінності в гендері детермінуються власне біологічними властивостями, тобто, причиною є природа, і зовсім не виховання. Проте науковці, які вивчають цю проблему, висловлюють припущення щодо існування цілого ряду відмінних біологічних властивостей між жінками та чоловіками і переконують, що вплив біології людини несильно впливає на поведінку особи. З кожним днем у сучасному суспільстві зростає рівень напруженості та різних конфліктів. Це викликає потребу вивчення та нівелювання негативних наслідків та використання у повній мірі усього позитиву щодо розвитку людини. | |
