This article delves into the complexities of managing foreign economic activity for Ukrainian NGOs (non-governmental organisations) and its activity during the full-scale invasion period, specifically the adaptation, coping techniques, practices and subsequent development. There are different types of organizations, ranging from youth work to diplomatic, humanitarian aid. Despite of the specialisation in times of crisis, the resilience and adaptability of organizations are put to the ultimate test. The intended focus of this article is non-governmental organizations working in the youth, social and cultural sectors. The activity of each business entity (private or state) in modern economic conditions is the subject of attention of a wide range of participants in market relations who are interested in the results of its functioning. For Ukrainian non- governmental organizations (NGOs), the challenge of managing foreign economic activity during a full-scale invasion is not merely a matter of financial survival but also a testament to their commitment to their causes. As conflict disrupts traditional channels of commerce and diplomacy, NGOs must innovate and strategize to maintain their operations and fulfill their missions. The onset of a full-scale invasion brings forth a multitude of challenges for Ukrainian NGOs engaged in foreign economic activity. Disrupted supply chains, and fluctuating currency values all contribute to financial instability. Moreover, heightened political tensions may strain diplomatic relations, complicating fundraising efforts and partnership engagements with foreign entities. Additionally, the imperative to prioritize humanitarian aid and crisis response further strains limited resources, necessitating careful allocation and strategic decision-making. Along the first chaos of invasion, international solidarity became a big range of support for Ukrainian NGOs. Expressions of support from the global community served as a lifeline for organizations who faced the struggling to sustain their operations within disrupted crisis. Advocacy efforts by international allies can amplify the voices of Ukrainian NGOs on the global stage, drawing attention to their plight and garnering support for their causes. Furthermore, collaborative initiatives between Ukrainian and foreign NGOs foster cross-cultural understanding and solidarity, transcending borders in pursuit of shared humanitarian goals.
