dc.description.abstractАнотація кваліфікаційної роботи, виконаної на тему: «Управління змінами на засадах впровадження інноваційних технологій» (за матеріалами ТОВ«Інжинірингова компанія Нова Лайт » ) Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню У кваліфікаційній роботі на тему «Управління змінами на засадах впровадження інноваційних технологій» здійснено аналіз процесів управління змінами в рамках впровадження інноваційних технологій на прикладі діяльності ТОВ «Інжинірингова компанія Нова Лайт». Робота має за мету розробити рекомендації щодо ефективного управління змінами, що виникають у процесі інтеграції нових технологій у роботу компанії. У першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні аспекти управління змінами, визначено основні методи і підходи до реалізації змін в організаціях, особливості управління змінами в умовах впровадження інноваційних технологій. Визначено роль технологічних нововведень у розвитку підприємств та конкурентоспроможності на ринку. Другий розділ присвячено аналізу діяльності ТОВ «Інжинірингова компанія Нова Лайт», оцінці її поточної стратегії в контексті впровадження інноваційних технологій. Виявлено основні проблеми та труднощі, що виникають при інтеграції нових технологічних рішень у виробничі процеси компанії. Третій розділ містить розроблені рекомендації щодо удосконалення процесів управління змінами в ТОВ «Інжинірингова компанія Нова Лайт» на основі використання сучасних інноваційних технологій. Запропоновані шляхи оптимізації управлінських підходів, вдосконалення взаємодії між підрозділами, підвищення ефективності впровадження змін. Завершення роботи містить висновки, що підтверджують доцільність впровадження інноваційних технологій в управлінні змінами для підвищення ефективності роботи компанії, зростання її конкурентоспроможності та адаптивності до швидких змін на ринку. Annotation qualifying paper performed on the theme: "Change Management on the Principles of the Implementation of Innovative Technologies" (based on materials LLC "Engineering Company Nova Light") The qualifying paper is devoted to the study of the process of developing a marketing policy at the enterprise. The work solves an important scientific and practical task of improving theoretical approaches, developing methodological recommendations and practical solutions to create an effective marketing strategy that meets the conditions of the modern market environment. The first section considers the theoretical aspects of change management, identifies the main methods and approaches to implementing changes in organizations, and the features of change management in the context of the implementation of innovative technologies. The role of technological innovations in the development of enterprises and competitiveness in the market is determined. The second section is devoted to the analysis of the activities of LLC "Engineering Company Nova Light", an assessment of its current strategy in the context of the implementation of innovative technologies. The main problems and difficulties that arise when integrating new technological solutions into the company's production processes are identified. The third section contains recommendations for improving change management processes in LLC "Engineering Company Nova Light" based on the use of modern innovative technologies. Ways are proposed to optimize management approaches, improve interaction between departments, and increase the efficiency of change implementation. The conclusion of the work contains conclusions that confirm the feasibility of implementing innovative technologies in change management to improve the efficiency of the company's work, increase its competitiveness and adaptability to rapid changes in the market.
