Анотація
The article provides evidence of the importance of having an enterprise development strategy in an uncertain business environment. Scientific approaches to determining the content of this strategy were studied and its necessity for the operation of the enterprise in the long term was emphasized. The key characteristics of development strategies in an unstable environment are determined.
