кваліфікаційної роботи, виконаної на тему:
«Управління соціальним розвитком державної установи»
(за матеріалами Олександрійської районної державної адміністрації
Кіровоградської області, м. Олександрія)
Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена розробці та практичному обґрунтуванні
заходів щодо підвищення рівня соціального розвитку державної установи. В
роботі виконано аналіз концептуальних засад управління соціальним розвитком
організації та методичних підходів до оцінювання рівня соціального розвитку
державної установи.
Проаналізовано профіль діяльності державної установи, показники її
соціального розвитку та виконано їх оцінювання.
В рекомендаційній частині роботи розроблено заходи з підвищення рівня
соціального розвитку державної установи та оцінено результативність її
впровадження.

Annotation
qualifying paper performed on the theme:
"Management of social development of a state institution"
(based on the materials of the Oleksandriya District State Administration of the
Kirovohrad Region, Oleksandriya)
The qualifying paper is devoted to the development and practical substantiation
of measures to improve the level of social development of a state institution. The work
analyzes the conceptual framework for managing the social development of an
organization and methodological approaches to assessing the level of social
development of a state institution.
The author analyzes the profile of activities of a state institution, indicators of its
social development, and evaluates them.
In the recommendation part of the work, measures to improve the level of social
development of a state institution are developed and the effectiveness of its
implementation is evaluated.
