The article examines the key characteristics and development prospects of export-oriented production in Ukraine under martial law. The necessity of transitioning to an export-based economic model is substantiated, taking into account current challenges, global trends, and Ukraine’s strategic advantages. The study identifies the factors for successful operation of export-oriented enterprises, including innovation implementation, compliance with international standards, enhancement of competitiveness, and resilience to external crises
