The article discusses the essence of the term distribution and its role in the hospitality industry. The structure of the distribution of hotel services in the conditions of modern realities was analysed and the main problems of the functioning of distribution systems in the conditions of the crisis were determined. Conditions for establishing communication with consumers and establishing business processes in the service distribution system of international hotel chains are proposed.
