In the article is consideredexamines the different types of service diversification that can be implemented in the hotel industry on an international level. Diversification is an important tool for hotels that want to increase their profits and attract more customers. The types of service diversification discussed in the article include expanding the range of services, such as restaurants, swimming pools and other entertainment, as well as creating additional services, such as saunas, spas and fitness facilities. Additionally, the article considers the possibilities of diversification depending on the type of hotel, including family-friendly hotels, business hotels and hotels for tourism. The article describes each type of diversification in detail and provides tips that may be useful for hotels planning to introduce diversification into their services in order to enter the international market.
