In modern conditions, Ukrainian medicine requires a large number of involved resources, which literally affect the state of the provision of medical services. At the same time, the constant development and reform of the health care system gives hospitals and other health care institutions more and more opportunities to acquire autonomy, independently determine further steps and the general course of work. In today’s conditions, when hostilities can affect the work of the hospital, such a managerial step is fully justified and will allow to solve the issues efficiently and quickly. In view of this, it is important to investigate the issue of development and implementation of strategic development programs as an instrument of maximum efficiency in health care institutions.
