The institutional framework for attracting financial assistance from international financial institutions is developed. The stages of development of Ukraine's cooperation with the International Monetary Fund within the framework of credit programs and their impact on the country's socio-economic development are determined. The provisions for the procedure for the preparation, implementation, monitoring and completion of projects for the economic and social development of Ukraine and the methodological principles for assessing the effectiveness of the use of resources of international financial organizations have been improved. The approaches to budget planning for attracting funds from international institutions have been developed in accordance with the provisions of the program-targeted budget planning method. The experience of attracting international financial assistance from other countries is generalized and systematized. The publication is intended for experts and researchers, lecturers, and students of higher education institutions in the field of finance.У монографії розкрито сутність фінансових ресурсів міжнародних інституцій в економічному розвитку країни. Розроблено інституційні засади щодо залучення фінансової допомоги міжнародних фінансових інституцій. Визначено етапи розвитку співробітництва України з Міжнародним валютним фондом у межах кредитних програм та їх впливу на соціально-економічний розвиток країни. Удосконалено положення до порядку підготовки, реалізації, моніторингу і завершення проектів економічного і соціального розвитку України та методологічні засади оцінки ефективності використання ресурсів міжнародних фінансових організацій. Розвинуто підходи до бюджетного планування залучення коштів міжнародних інституцій відповідно до положень програмно-цільового методу планування бюджету.
