Mechanisms of coordination and psychological support of activities during the implementation of tasks to eliminate the consequences of emergencies of a cross-border nature and the involvement of doctors of the State Disaster Medicine Service in their participation are determined. The international experience of missions of Western European countries and the USA, regulatory and legal aspects of their activities in accordance with the norms of international law are analysed. Designed for scientific, pedagogical and research staff in the field of psychology, international law and European integration; specialists whose activities take place in extreme conditions, various ethnocultural and cross-cultural social environments, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine; students, adjuncts, and students of higher education institutions.Наведено ретроспективний аналіз утворення та розвитку міжнародного гуманітарного руху, розглянуто основні етапи становлення теорії та практики психології діяльності міжнародних гуманітарних місій та рятувальних операцій зведених рятувальних загонів ДСНС України. Визначено механізми злагодження та психологічного супроводу діяльності під час виконання завдань з ліквідації наслідків надзвичайних ситуацій транскордонного характеру та залучення до участі в них медиків Державної служби медицини катастроф. Проаналізовано міжнародний досвід місій країн Західної Європи та США, нормативно-правові аспекти їх діяльності відповідно до норм міжнародного права.
