Здійснено дослідження розвитку електронної комерції у найбільших регіонах світу, розглянуто найбільш популярні інтернет-магазини в Україні та їх бізнес-моделі Проведено аналіз організації та розвитку інтернет-торгівлі на прикладі ТОВ «Розетка.УА» . Проведено PEST-аналіз зовнішнього середовища ТОВ «Розетка.УА», описано елементи електронної комерції, технологічні елементи, етапи процесу купівлі на ТОВ «Розетка.УА». Розроблено низку перспективних напрямків розвитку інтернет-торгівлі підприємства на міжнародному ринку, описано їх застосування для розвитку інтернет-торгівлі ТОВ «Розетка.УА» на міжнародному ринку The concept of «internet trade» is defined, the essence of internet trade and its key principles are revealed. The organizational schemes of internet trade, including B2B, C2C, B2G, G2B, and G2C, are analyzed. A study of the development of e- commerce in the largest regions of the world is conducted, and the most popular online stores in Ukraine along with their business models are examined. An analysis of the organization and development of online trade is carried out using the example of LLC «Rozetka.UA.» A PEST analysis of the external environment of LLC «Rozetka.UA» is performed. Elements of e-commerce, technological components, and stages of the purchasing process at LLC «Rozetka.UA» are described.
