У роботі вирішено важливе науковопрактичне завдання: визначено особливості взаємозв’язку між особистісним зростанням та професійним самовизначенням особистості; виявлено доцільність проведення діагностик на різні компоненти професійного самовизначення особистості; надано методичні рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності профорієнтаційної роботи з учнями в закладах загальної середньої освіти. Досліджено основні показники психологічних особливостей підлітків при виборі професії, з метою розробки поетапної профорієнтаційної роботи з учнями та структурних елементів. The qualification work is devoted to the study of psychological features in the organization of career guidance work with students. The work solves an important scientific and practical task: the peculiarities of the relationship between personal growth and professional self-determination of the individual are determined; the expediency of conducting diagnostics for various components of professional self-determination of the individual is revealed; methodological recommendations for improving the effectiveness of career guidance work with students in general secondary education institutions are provided. The main indicators of psychological characteristics of adolescents in choosing a profession are investigated in order to develop a phased career guidance work with students and structural elements.
