У роботі вирішено важливе науково-практичне завдання щодо подальшого розвитку теоретичних основ, методичних і практичних пропозицій та рекомендацій. Досліджено прояв симптоматики емоційного вигоряння, рівень соціальної фрустрації, тип взаємодії адміністрації та колективу, мотивацію до уникнення невдач з метою розробки психологічної програми профілактики емоційного вигоряння серед педагогічних працівників загальноосвітнього закладу. The qualification work is dedicated to the study of the determinants of the manifestation of emotional burnout of teachers. The work solves an important scientific and practical task regarding the further development of theoretical foundations, methodical and practical suggestions and recommendations. The manifestation of the symptoms of emotional burnout, the level of social frustration, the type of interaction between the administration and the team, motivation to avoid failures with the aim of developing a psychological program for the prevention of emotional burnout among pedagogical workers of a general educational institution were studied.
