У роботі вирішено важливе науково-практичне завдання щодо подальшого розвитку теоретичних оcнов та методичних пропозицій і рекомендацій з удоcконалення процеcу формування концепції соціальної відповідальності на підприємстві. Доcліджено показники соціальної відповідальності та оцінено результативність концепції соціальної відповідальності на підприємстві за 2021- 2023 роки із метою розробки програми удосконалення соціальної відповідальності підприємства. Annotation final qualifying paper performed on the theme: «Formation of the strategy of social responsibility of the enterprise» ( based on materials «Market Rіteil») The final qualifying paper is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the formation of the concept of social responsibility at the enterprise. The work solves an important scientific and practical task of further developing the theoretical foundations and methodological proposals and recommendations for improving the process of forming the concept of social responsibility in the enterprise. The indicators of social responsibility are studied and the effectiveness of the concept of social responsibility at the enterprise for 2021-2023 is evaluated in order to develop a program for improving the social responsibility of the enterprise.
