В теоретичній частині роботи наведено сутність та етапи розробки, методичні підходи щодо оцінювання результативності управління талантами на підприємстві. В аналітичній частині роботи виконано аналіз діагностики факторів впливу на процес управління талантами на підприємстві протягом 2020 – 2023 років, проведено оцінку реалізації стратегії управління талантами. В рекомендаційному розділі роботи запропоновано вдосконалити стратегію управління талантами, метою якої буде підвищення ефективності роботи підприємства. Annotation final qualifying paper performed on the theme: "Talent Management Strategy" (based on LLC "IDS AQUA SERVICE") The final qualification work is dedicated to solving an important scientific and practical task of developing a talent management strategy for an enterprise. The theoretical part of the work presents the essence and stages of development, methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of talent management at an enterprise. In the analytical part of the work, a diagnostic analysis of factors influencing the talent management process at an enterprise during 2020-2023 was performed, and an assessment of the implementation of the talent management strategy was carried out. In the recommendation section of the work, it is proposed to improve the talent management strategy, the purpose of which will be to increase the efficiency of the enterprise.
