The content of the process of commercialization of intellectual property objects is studied in terms of its stages in order to identify the accounting specifics of each of them. The institutional support for accounting for intellectual property objects is analyzed. Methodological approaches to evaluating intellectual property objects, as well as the use of accounting and analytical information when making decisions regarding the commercialization of intellectual property, are presented. Designed for teachers, student researchers, and accounting and taxation specialists.Висвітлено організаційно-методологічні засади відображення об’єктів права інтелектуальної власності в системі обліку підприємства. Досліджено зміст процесу комерціалізації об’єктів інтелектуальної власності у розрізі його етапів з метою виокремлення облікової специфіки кожного з них. Проаналізовано інституціональне забезпечення обліку об’єктів інтелектуальної власності. Наведено методичні підходи до оцінювання об’єктів інтелектуальної власності, а також використання обліково-аналітичної інформації при прийнятті рішень щодо комерціалізації інтелектуальної власності.
