На основі отриманих даних було створено методичні рекомендації розвитку комунікативних умінь у сфері надання послуг інтернет провайдера. The work solves an important scientific and practical task regarding the further development of theoretical foundations, methodical and practical proposals and recommendations. The manifestation of the level of sociability, the level of anxiety, communicative control and the presence of motivation for success was studied. Methodological recommendations for the development of communication skills in the field of Internet provider services were created on the basis of the obtained data.
