The key indicators that need to be tracked during operations were analyzed, including information about the team, client, field location, size of the treated area, complexity of processing, weather conditions, and chemical use. Particular attention is paid to financial control, including daily entry of data of the date and purpose of expenses, and proof of expenses with photos of receipts or goods. Daily reporting helps to avoid unexpected expenses, increase process transparency, improve resource management, and ensure business stability and profitability.
