dc.description.abstractУ кваліфікаційній роботі розкрито потенціал та можливості міжмуніципального співробітництва територіальних громад в Україні на прикладі Глухівської громади Сумської області. Проаналізовано ефективність використання механізмів співробітництва територіальних громад та оцінено ефективність міжмуніципальної співпраці на прикладі Глухівської громади. Досліджено перспективи нарощення міжмуніципальної співпраці в Україні з урахуванням зарубіжного досвіду та розроблено пропозиції щодо удосконалення такого співробітництва для Глухівської міської ради. Визначено ключові напрямки вдосконалення міжмуніципального співробітництва: модернізація нормативно- правової бази, посилення інституційної спроможності, впровадження інноваційних практик, ініціювання спільних проєктів та залучення громадськості. State University of Trade and Economics. 2024 The qualification work reveals the potential and opportunities of inter-municipal cooperation of territorial communities in Ukraine on the example of Hlukhiv City Council of Sumy region. The effectiveness of using cooperation mechanisms of territorial communities is analyzed and the effectiveness of inter-municipal cooperation is evaluated on the example of the Hlukhiv community. Prospects for increasing inter-municipal cooperation in Ukraine are explored, taking into account foreign experience, and proposals for improving such cooperation for the Hlukhiv City Council are developed. The key directions for improving inter-municipal cooperation are identified: modernization of the legal framework, strengthening institutional capacity, introduction of innovative practices, initiation of joint projects and public involvement. Recommendations for improving cooperation in wartime conditions are provided.uk
