| dc.description.abstract | Випускна робота присвячена аналізу та вдосконаленню механізму імпортної діяльності компанії Ulterra Ukraine LLC, яка спеціалізується на постачанні бурового обладнання. Метою дослідження є підвищення ефективності операцій, зниження витрат та посилення стійкості ланцюга постачання. У роботі проаналізовано поточний стан імпортних процесів, виявлено проблеми, такі як залежність від окремих постачальників, неефективна логістика та тривалі митні процедури. Запропоновано впровадження ERPсистем, автоматизацію митних процесів, оптимізацію логістики через сучасні інструменти планування маршрутів і укладення вигідних угод на перевезення. Диверсифікація постачальників та розвиток довгострокових партнерських відносин визначено як важливі заходи для зниження ризиків. Очікується, що впровадження рекомендацій дозволить знизити витрати на 1520%, підвищити ефективність на 20-25% та зміцнити позиції компанії на ринку. Висновки та рекомендації роботи спрямовані на створення ефективної моделі імпортної діяльності, що дозволить Ulterra Ukraine LLC успішно адаптуватися до динамічних умов глобального ринку. This graduation thesis focuses on analyzing and improving the import operations of Ulterra Ukraine LLC, a company specializing in the supply of drilling equipment. The aim of the study is to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen the resilience of the supply chain. The thesis examines the current state of import processes and identifies issues such as dependency on specific suppliers, inefficient logistics, and lengthy customs procedures. Proposed solutions include the implementation of ERP systems, automation of customs processes, logistics optimization using modern route planning tools, and securing favorable transportation agreements. Supplier diversification and the development of long-term partnerships are highlighted as crucial measures to mitigate risks. The implementation of these recommendations is expected to reduce costs by 15-20%, improve efficiency by 2025%, and strengthen the company’s market position. The conclusions and recommendations of the study aim to create an effective model for import operations, enabling Ulterra Ukraine LLC to successfully adapt to the dynamic conditions of the global market. | |
