Анотація
Випускна кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню психологічних
чинників становлення корпоративної культури. У роботі вирішено важливе
науково-практичне завдання щодо подальшого розвитку теоретичних основ,
методичних підходів і розробки заходів з оптимізації психологічних умов, які
сприяють формуванню корпоративної культури.
В аналітичній частині дослідження було розглянуто вибір методик та
організацію дослідження психологічних чинників становлення корпоративної
культури. Оцінено психологічні фактори, що впливають на процес
самореалізації підприємців, та проаналізовано їхній вплив на успішність у
бізнесі. Досліджено методи формування позитивної мотивації щодо досягнення
професійних цілей та розвитку в корпоративній культурі.
У рекомендаційному розділі дослідження запропоновано дії, спрямовані
на створення сприятливих психологічних умов для становлення корпоративної
культури. Це включає розвиток інновацій, креативності та особистісних якостей,
а також підтримку ментального і фізичного здоров’я працівників
The final qualifying work is dedicated to the study of psychological factors in
the formation of corporate culture. The work addresses an important scientific and
practical task concerning the further development of theoretical foundations,
methodological approaches, and the creation of measures to optimize psychological
conditions that contribute to the formation of corporate culture.
The analytical part of the study examined the selection of methods and the
organization of the research on psychological factors in the formation of corporate
culture. Psychological factors affecting the self-realization process of entrepreneurs
were assessed, and their impact on business success was analyzed. Methods for
forming positive motivation to achieve professional goals and development within
corporate culture were also studied.
In the recommendation section of the study, actions aimed at creating favorable
psychological conditions for the formation of corporate culture are proposed. This
includes the development of innovation, creativity, and personal qualities, as well as
the support of employees' mental and physical health.
