| dc.description.abstract | Постой Олена Олександрівна. Можливості соціальних мереж як засобу працевлаштування (на прикладі ІТ-галузі). Рукопис. Кваліфікаційна робота за спеціальністю «Соціологія», Освітньою програмою «Соціологія економічної діяльності». Державний торговельноекономічний університет, Київ, 2024. Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено дослідженню можливостей соціальних мереж як засобу працевлаштування (на прикладі ІТ-галузі). Уточнено та проаналізовано основні підходи дослідження; визначено вплив соціальних мереж на можливості працевлаштування в ІТ; розроблено програму соціологічного дослідження; визначено можливість LinkedIn – як засобу працевлаштування та демонстрації особистого іміджу в ІТ-спільноті. Структура роботи: робота містить вступ, три розділи, висновки, список використаних джерел та додатки. Обсяг роботи – 72 сторінки, 3 таблиці, 3 додатки. The qualification work is devoted to the study of the possibilities of social networks as a means of employment (on the example of the IT industry). The main research approaches are clarified and analyzed; the opportunities and challenges of the professional social network LinkedIn are analyzed; a sociological research program is developed; the possibility of LinkedIn as a means of employment and demonstration of personal image in the IT community is determined. Structure of the work: the work contains an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, a list of references and appendices. The volume of the work is 72 pages, 3 tables, 3 appendices.
