Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена актуальній проблемі ІТ-технологій в міжнародному бізнесі. У першому розділі розглянуто сутність та зміст IT-технологій в діяльності субʼєкта-міжнародного бізнесу, а також проаналізовано ключові тенденції цифровізації міжнародного бізнес-середовища. В другому розділі проведено діагностику наявного стану та оцінено реальність перспектив зростання процесу діджиталізації українського бізнес-середовищ, також було визначено специфіку використання ІТ-технологій на прикладі міжнародної діяльності Асоціації «Digital Ukraine». В третьому розділі визначено пропозиції щодо вдосконалення процесу управління ІТ-технологіями в Асоціації «Digital Ukraine» та оцінено результативність заходів щодо вдосконалення управління ІТ-технологіями. State University of Trade and Economics, 2024. The qualification work is devoted to the actual problem of IT technologies in international business. The first chapter discusses the essence and content of IT technologies in the activities of an international business entity, as well as analyses the key trends in the digitalisation of the international business environment. The second section diagnoses the current state and assesses the reality of the prospects for the growth of the digitalisation of the Ukrainian business environment, and identifies the specifics of the use of IT technologies on the example of the international activities of the Digital Ukraine Association. The third section identifies proposals for improving the process of IT management in the Digital Ukraine Association and evaluates the effectiveness of measures to improve IT management.
