dc.description.abstractРозглянуто теоретичні засади управління вартістю бізнесу в умовах фінансових технологій. Розкрито сутність та характеристику фінансових технологій та оцінки вартості суб’єкта господарювання. Визначено роль фінансових технологій у збільшенні вартості підприємства та ефективній його діяльності. Здійснено огляд міжнародної практики використання інструментів фінансових технологій у діяльності підприємств та їх вплив на вартість даних суб’єктів господарювання. Проведено аналіз сучасного стану розвитку ринку фінансових технологій в Україні. Досліджено рівень обізнаності та залучення інструментів фінансових технологій вітчизняними підприємствами. Здійснено аналіз впливу інструментів фінансових технологій на оцінку вартості вітчизняних та міжнародних бізнесів. Визначено проблеми та перспективи розвитку ринку фінансових технологій в Україні та їх використання в діяльності підприємств. Обґрунтовано ризики впровадження фінансових технологій у роботу бізнесу та їх вплив на його вартість. Досліджено тенденції збільшення впливу фінансових технологій на управління вартістю бізнесу.uk
dc.description.abstractotherThe theoretical principles of business value management in the context of financial technologies are considered. The essence and characteristics of financial technologies and the assessment of the value of a business entity are revealed. The role of financial technologies in increasing the value of an enterprise and its effective activity is determined. A review of international practice of using financial technology tools in the activities of enterprises and their impact on the value of these business entities is carried out. An analysis of the current state of development of the financial technology market in Ukraine is carried out. The level of awareness and involvement of financial technology tools by domestic enterprises is studied. An analysis of the impact of financial technology tools on the assessment of the value of domestic and international businesses is carried out. The problems and prospects for the development of the financial technology market in Ukraine and their use in the activities of enterprises are determined. The risks of introducing financial technologies into business operations and their impact on its value are substantiated. The trends of increasing the impact of financial technologies on business value management are studied.en_US
