dc.descriptionSTATE FINANCIAL POLICY OF SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT The monograph substantiates the theoretical and methodological foundations of the state financial policy of social development. The experience of formation and implementation of the state financial policy of social development of foreign countries is generalized and systematized. The main stages of transformation of the financial policy of the state to ensure the social development of society are determined. The medium-term social priorities of the budget policy are outlined. The formation of institutions of adaptive institutional architectonics of the budget system for the implementation of the social function of the state, the formation of social insurance institutions in the system of social development, the institution of state control as a mechanism for strengthening the efficiency of the use of financial resources for social development has been studied. The strategic directions of the state financial policy in the system of social development of society are defined, in particular: strengthening the efficiency and effectiveness of its tools and levers, using financial instruments to intensify entrepreneurial activity, increasing the role of public-private partnership. The publication is designed for specialists and researchers, teachers, students of higher education institutions in the field of finance.
dc.description.abstractУ монографії обґрунтовано теоретико-методологічні засади державної фінансової політики соціального розвитку. Узагальнено та систематизовано досвід формування і реалізації державної фінансової політики соціального розвитку зарубіжних країн. Визначено основні етапи трансформації фінансової політики держави щодо забезпечення соціального розвитку суспільства. Окреслено середньострокові соціальні пріоритети бюджетної політики. Досліджено становлення інститутів адаптивної інституційної архітектоніки бюджетної системи для реалізації соціальної функції держави, формування інститутів соціального страхування в системі суспільного розвитку, інституту державного контролю як механізму посилення ефективності використання фінансових ресурсів для соціального розвитку. Визначено стратегічні напрями державної фінансової політики в системі соціального розвитку суспільства, зокрема: посилення дієвості та ефективності її інструментів і важелів, задіяння фінансових інструментів активізації підприємницької діяльності, підвищення ролі державно-приватного партнерства. Видання призначено для фахівців та наукових працівників, викладачів, студентів закладів вищої освіти в галузі фінансів.
