dc.description.abstractЗавгородня Єлизавета Олександрівна. Міжнародна конкурентоспроможність ІТ-сектору України. – На правах рукопису. Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня доктора філософії за спеціальністю 292 – Міжнародні економічні відносини. – Державний торговельно-економічний університет. – Київ, 2025. У дисертації досліджено теоретико-методичні та практичні аспекти формування та розвитку міжнародної конкурентоспроможності ІТ-сектору України на світовому ІКТ-ринку, зокрема концептуалізовано та обґрунтовано модель міжнародної конкурентоспроможності ІТ-сектору, обґрунтовано методологічні положення оцінювання та прогнозування конкурентоспроможності ІТ-сектору країни та розроблено рекомендації щодо формування сприятливого середовища для підвищення міжнародної конкурентоспроможності ІТ-сектору України на світовому ІКТ-ринку. Встановлено, що конкуренція на світовому ІКТ-ринку є результатом складної взаємодії між різними суб’єктами (ІКТ-компанії, уряди, НДУ та ІКТфахівці), об’єктами (кінцеві користувачі та їхні потреби), предметами (товари та послуги ІКТ) та засобами конкуренції (методи та стратегії); вона постійно змінюється під впливом глобальних економічних і технологічних тенденцій, що робить її одним із ключових чинників розвитку цифрової економіки. Констатовано, що конкурентні переваги ІТ-сектору, шо забезпечують стійку позицію на світовому ІКТ-ринку, знаходять свій прояв у технологічних інноваціях, ефективному управлінні, доступі до висококваліфікованих кадрів, стратегічному партнерстві, фінансовій стабільності, захисті інтелектуальної власності, а також підтримці з боку державної політики та регулювання. Відповідно конкурентоспроможність ІТ-сектору в роботі визначено як здатність успішно конкурувати на глобальному ІКТ-ринку, пропонуючи інноваційні товари та послуги, які відповідають вимогам міжнародних стандартів за якістю, ціною та технологічними характеристиками. Поряд з цим окреслено характерні особливості конкурентоспроможності ІКТ-компаній 3 залежно від типу їх діяльності (продуктова, аутсорсингова, гібридна, стартап, консалтингова/інтегратор) та принципові відмінності від інших видів діяльності (легке масштабування та відсутність фізичної логістики, більша залежність від знань, постійне навчання та адаптація, можливість відразу працювати на глобальному ринку, більша гнучкість в умовах ведення бізнесу, низький поріг входу на ринок та різноманітність форм отримання доходу).uk

Dissertation research for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the speciality 292 – International Economic Relations – State University of Trade and Economics, Kyiv, 2025. The dissertation research inestigates the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the formation and development of Ukraine’s ICT sector international competitiveness in the global ICT market. In particular, the dissertation research conceptualises and substantiates a model of international competitiveness of the ICT sector, justifies methodological provisions for assessing and forecasting the competitiveness of the country’s ICT sector, and develops recommendations for creating a favourable environment for enhancing the international competitiveness of Ukraine’s ICT sector in the global ICT market. It has been established that competition in the global ICT market results from the complex interactions between various actors (ICT companies, governments, research and development institutions, and ICT professionals), objects (end users and their needs), items (ICT goods and services), and means of competition (methods and strategies). This competition is continuously evolving under the influence of global economic and technological trends, making it one of the key drevers of the digital economy. The dissertation research reveals that the competitive advantages of the ICT sector, which ensure a stable position in the global ICT market, manifest in technological innovations, effective management, access to highly skilled personnel, strategic partnerships, financial stability, intellectual property protection, as well as governmental support and regulation. Accordingly, the competitiveness of the ICT sector is defined as the ability to compete successfully in the global ICT market by offering innovative products and services that meet international standards in terms of quality, price and technological characteristics. Furthermore, the dissertation research outlines the specific features of ICT companies’ competitiveness depending on the type of their activity (product- 10 based, outsourcing, hybrid, start-up, consulting/integrator) and highlights their fundamental differences from other industries (scalability without physical logistics, greater reliance on knowledge, continuous learning and adaptation, immediate access to the global market, greater flexibility in doing business, low market entry threshold, and diversity of revenue models). Based on the synthesis of contemporary methodologies, a system of indicators for assessing the competitiveness of the ICT sector has been proposed, encompassing five groups of indicators: economic, technological, human capital, institutional and marketing.en_US
