кваліфікаційної роботи, виконаної на тему:
«Розвиток ключових факторів успіху підприємства»
(за матеріалами ТОВ «ГАЛЕРЕЯ-АЛЕКС», м. Київ)
Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню методичних, теоретичних
та практичних аспектів розвитку ключових факторів успіху підприємства.
У теоретичній частині роботи розглянуто концептуальні підходи до
розвитку ключових факторів успіху підприємства та методичні підходи до їх
оцінювання.
В аналітичному розділі роботи надано організаційно-економічну
характеристику підприємства, виконано діагностику факторів впливу на
розвиток ключових факторів успіху підприємства та оцінено ключові
компетенції.
На засадах проведеного аналізу розроблено програму розвитку ключових
факторів успіху підприємства, а також запропоновано організаційне та
інформаційне забезпечення її реалізації.
Ключові слова: конкурентні переваги, ключові фактори успіху, ключові
компетенції, конкурентоспроможність.

of qualifying paper performed on the theme:
«Development of key factors for the success at the enterprise»
(based on the materials of GALEREYA-ALEX LLC, Kyiv)
The qualifying paper is devoted to the study of methodological, theoretical and
practical aspects of the development of key success factors of an enterprise.
The theoretical part of the work considers conceptual approaches to the
development of key success factors of an enterprise and methodological approaches to
their assessment.
The analytical section of the work provides an organizational and economic
characteristic of the enterprise, diagnoses the factors influencing the development of
key success factors of an enterprise and assesses key competencies.
Based on the analysis, a program for the development of key success factors of
an enterprise has been developed, and organizational and information support for its
implementation has been proposed.
