випускної кваліфікаційної роботи, виконаної на тему:
«Управління організаційною культурою підприємства»
(за матеріалами ТОВ «РЕСТ СІТІ», м. Київ)
Випускна кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню процесу
управління організаційної культури підприємства. У роботі вирішено важливе
науково-практичне завдання щодо подальшого розвитку теоретичних основ,
методичних й практичних пропозицій та рекомендацій з удосконалення
процесу управління організаційною культурою підприємства.
Досліджено динаміку основних показників діяльності підприємства
протягом 2021 – 2023 років з метою розробки програми управління
організаційною культурою підприємства, здійснено оцінку ефективності
запровадження напрямів покращення управління організаційною культурою
підприємства.
Ключові слова: організаційна культура, управління, підходи до

Annotation
final qualifying paper performed on the topic:
"Management of the organizational culture of the enterprise"
(based on materials from REST CITY LLC, Kyiv)
The final qualifying paper is devoted to the study of the process of managing
the organizational culture of the enterprise. The work solves an important scientific
and practical task regarding the further development of theoretical foundations,
methodological and practical proposals and recommendations for improving the
process of managing the organizational culture of the enterprise.
The dynamics of the main indicators of the enterprise's activity during 2021-
2023 were studied in order to develop a program for managing the organizational
culture of the enterprise, and the effectiveness of the implementation of directions for
improving the management of the organizational culture of the enterprise was
assessed.
