Раділова Д.В. Розвиток територіальної громади в умовах
децентралізації.
Кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття ступеня магістра за спеціальністю 281
«Публічне управління та адміністрування» освітньою програмою «Публічне
управління та адміністрування». Державний торговельно-економічний
університет, 2024.
У роботі досліджено процес розвитку територіальних громад в умовах
децентралізації на прикладі Саф’янівської сільської громади. Метою дослідження
є визначення ефективних механізмів місцевого самоврядування, які сприяють
підвищенню потенціалу громади. За допомогою системного аналізу, порівняльного
методу, соціологічних досліджень та інших методів було проаналізовано
нормативно-правове забезпечення розвитку громади, оцінено результати її
діяльності та запропоновано рекомендації щодо подальшого розвитку.
Ключові слова: децентралізація, територіальна громада, місцеве
самоврядування, розвиток громади, соціологічне дослідження, Саф'янівська
сільська рада.

The paper examines the process of development of territorial communities in the
context of decentralization on the example of the Safianivska rural community. The
purpose of the study is to identify effective mechanisms of local self-government that
contribute to increasing the community's potential. With the help of system analysis,
comparative method, sociological research and other methods, the author analyzed the
regulatory and legal support for community development, evaluated the results of its
activities and proposed recommendations for further development.
