dc.descriptionSTATE BUDGET STRATEGY The monograph examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of the budget strategy formation. The essence and role of the budgetary strategy of the country's social and economic development are revealed. The experience of forming and implementing the budget strategy in countries with developed and transformational economies is generalized and systematized. The institutional approach to the formation and implementation of the budget strategy is determined. The methodological foundations for improving the effectiveness of the components of the budget mechanism in the system of financial and economic relations, the efficiency of budget expenditures in the system of socio-economic development of the country are developed. The dominants of budget architectonics are substantiated and the priority directions of the budget strategy in the context of economic transformations are determined. The publication is intended for experts and researchers, lecturers, and students of higher education in the field of finance.
dc.description.abstractУ монографії розглянуто теоретико-методологічні засади формування бюджетної стратегії. Розкрито сутність та визначено роль бюджетної стратегії соціально-економічного розвитку країни. Узагальнено та систематизовано досвід формування і реалізації бюджетної стратегії в країнах з розвинутою та трансформаційною економікою. Визначено інституційний підхід до формування та реалізації бюджетної стратегії. Розвинуто методологічні засади підвищення результативності складових бюджетного механізму в системі фінансово-економічних відносин, ефективності бюджетних видатків у системі соціально-економічного розвитку країни. Обґрунтовано домінанти бюджетної архітектоніки й визначено пріоритетні напрями бюджетної стратегії в умовах економічних перетворень. Видання призначено для фахівців і наукових працівників, викладачів, студентів вузів у галузі фінансів.
