The essence and place of financial institutions in the system of ensuring economic development are revealed. The leading role of banking institutions in the system of formation of a competitive environment in the financial market is substantiated. The institutional foundations of financial market regulation are developed. Directions for improving the mechanism of state regulation of the financial market in Ukraine are proposed. The priorities of the state policy in the field of financial market, approaches to the integration of the domestic financial market into the world financial system are determined. It is intended for researchers, academic staff, PhD students, students of higher education institutions, experts in the financial and credit sphere.en
dc.description.abstractВисвітлено теоретико-методологічні засади функціонування фінансового ринку, його роль і значення для розвитку економіки. Узагальнено та систематизовано досвід розвитку фінансових ринків у країнах з розвиненою та трансформаційною економікою. Проаналізовано сучасний стан грошово-кредитного та фондового сегментів фінансового ринку, ринку державних запозичень. Розкрито сутність і місце фінансових інститутів у системі забезпечення розвитку економіки. Обґрунтовано провідну роль банківських установ у системі формування конкурентного середовища на фінансовому ринку. Розвинуто інституційні засади регулювання фінансового ринку. Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення механізму державного регулювання фінансового ринку в Україні. Визначено пріоритети державної політики у сфері фінансового ринку, підходи з інтеграції вітчизняного фінансового ринку до світової фінансової системи. Для науковців, викладачів, аспірантів, студентів закладів вищої освіти, фахівців фінансово-кредитної сфери.uk
