dc.description.abstractGraduate qualification work in the speciality ‘Management’, specialisation ‘Management of foreign economic activity’. State University of Trade and Economics, Kyiv, 2024. The final qualification work is devoted to the practical aspects of organising the import supply of clothing to Canada, which includes: research of the functioning of the enterprise subject to foreign economic activity, analysis of the world market for air conditioning units, justification of the choice of the People's Republic of China as a contracting country for the implementation of the import operation, implementation of a management decision on imports. In order to assess the feasibility of the proposed measure, the article identifies the actual needs of the enterprise and the means of solving them. The organisational support, the selected counterparty and the detailed terms of the contract are described. A predictive assessment of the effectiveness of the supply of air dryers from China has been made. The work consists of 62 pages (excluding appendices). Випускна кваліфікаційна робота за спеціальністю «Менеджмент» спеціалізацією «Менеджмент зовнішньоекономічної діяльності». Державний торговельно-економічний університет, Київ, 2024. Випускну кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено практичним аспектам організації імпортної поставки одягу до Канади, що передбачає: дослідження функціонування підприємства-суб’єкта ЗЕД, аналіз світового ринку установок для кондицiонування повiтря, обґрунтування вибору Китайської Народної Республіки як країни-контрагента для реалізації імпортної операції, реалізацію управлінського рішення щодо імпорту. Для оцінки доцільності запропонованого заходу було визначено актуальні потреби підприємства та засоби їх вирішення. Описано організаційне забезпечення, обраний контрагент та деталізовані умови контракту. Проведено прогнозну оцінку результативності поставки осушувачів повітря з Китаю.
