dc.description.abstractУ дисертаційній роботі обґрунтовано теоретико-методологічні засади, розроблено науково-методичні підходи та сформовано практичні рекомендації щодо розвитку циркулярної біоекономіки в Україні як інтеграційної моделі сталого зростання. Перший розділ дисертації присвячено теоретико-методологічним засадам формування циркулярної біоекономіки як нової парадигми соціальноекономічного розвитку. Розкрито передумови трансформації господарських систем від аграрного та індустріального суспільства до постіндустріальної моделі, проаналізовано вплив промислових революцій, науково-технічного прогресу та екологічних викликів на становлення концепції сталого розвитку та «зеленої економіки». Встановлено зв’язок між генезисом та еволюцією дефініції «біоекономіка». Синтез наукової думки від класичних праць до сучасних європейських та українських підходів дозволив виокремити методологічні вектори біоекономічного розвитку (біотехнологічний, біоресурсний та біоекологічний). Розкрито антропологічний вимір економіки замкненого циклу, в якому ключовою передумовою переходу до біоекономіки є людиноцентричність, що враховує зростання ролі потреб, переміну поведінкових моделей споживання, формування нових соціальних інституцій. Підкреслено, що саме соціальний чинник виступає каталізатором адаптації принципів циркулярності в економічних практиках. Здійснено аналіз конвергенції та дивергенції наукових підходів до інтерпретації циркулярної біоекономіки, узагальнено ключові відмінності у трактуваннях зарубіжних та вітчизняних дослідників, 3 визначено місце циркулярної моделі у сучасному дискурсі біоекономічної науки та її інтеграцію з парадигмою сталого розвитку. Представлено комплексне бачення передумов та теоретичних основ біоекономічних трансформацій, доведено значення циркулярної біоекономіки як інтегрованої моделі, що поєднує економічну ефективність, екологічну безпеку та соціальну справедливість.uk
dc.description.abstractotherThe dissertation substantiates the theoretical and methodological foundations, develops scientific and methodological approaches, and formulates practical recommendations for the development of a circular bioeconomy in Ukraine as an integration model for sustainable growth. The first chapter of the dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and methodological foundations of forming a circular bioeconomy as a new paradigm of socio-economic development. It reveals the prerequisites for transforming economic systems from an agrarian and industrial society to a post-industrial model, analyzes the impact of industrial revolutions, scientific and technological progress, and 10 environmental challenges on the development of the concept of sustainable development and the «green economy». The connection between the genesis and evolution of the definition of «bioeconomy» is established. The synthesis of scientific thought from classical works to modern European and Ukrainian approaches has made it possible to identify the methodological vectors of bioeconomic development (biotechnological, bioresource, and bioecological). The anthropological dimension of the closed-loop economy is revealed, in which the key prerequisite for the transition to a bioeconomy is human-centeredness, which takes into account the growing role of needs, changing consumption behavior patterns, and the formation of new social institutions. It is emphasized that it is the social factor that acts as a catalyst for the adaptation of circularity principles in economic practices. An analysis of the convergence and divergence of scientific approaches to the interpretation of the circular bioeconomy is carried out, the key differences in the interpretations of foreign and domestic researchers are summarized, and the place of the circular model in the contemporary discourse of bioeconomic science and its integration with the paradigm of sustainable development is determined. A comprehensive vision of the prerequisites and theoretical foundations of bioeconomic transformations is presented, and the importance of the circular bioeconomy as an integrated model combining economic efficiency, environmental safety, and social justice is proven. The second chapter substantiates the methodological platform for researching the circular bioeconomy, combining organizational-structural and instrumentalapplied levels. Key approaches (systemic, dialectical, synergistic, axiological, conceptual) are systematized, and a set of methods at the theoretical, general scientific, and empirical levels is defined to ensure a multidimensional study of the issue. A methodological research framework with a consistent scientific search algorithm has been developed, aimed at achieving social, economic, and environmental effects.en_US
