dc.descriptionMEDIATION IN UKRAINE: THEORY AND PRACTICE The monograph highlights theoretical and legal approaches to determining the concept, essence and place of mediation in the legal system of the state as a method of dispute resolution based on the fundamental values of society, analyzes the theoretical and practical features of the mediation principles, identifies the characteristic features and directions for improving contractual structures in the field of mediation. It is designed for lawyers, attorneys, judges, notaries, postgraduate students, students and everyone who is interested in the introduction of the institution of mediation, mechanisms for incorporating alternative methods of dispute resolution into the legal system of the state.
dc.description.abstractУ монографії висвітлено теоретико-правові підходи до визначення поняття, сутності та місця медіації у правовій системі держави як методу вирішення спорів на основі фундаментальних цінностей суспільства, проаналізовано теоретичні та практичні особливості принципів медіації, визначено характерні риси та напрями удосконалення договірних конструкцій у сфері медіації. Призначено для юристів, адвокатів, суддів, нотаріусів, аспірантів, студентів та всіх, хто цікавиться питаннями запровадження інституту медіації, механізмами інкорпорації альтернативних методів вирішення спорів у правову систему держави.
