Кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття ступеня магістра за спеціальністю 073 «Менеджмент» освітньою програмою «Муніципальний менеджмент». Державний торговельно-економічний університет, 2024. У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено роль стратегічного планування у системі управління розвитком територіальних громад; висвітлено механізми планування розвитку територіальних громад у контексті вітчизняного та зарубіжного досвіду; здійснено аналіз сучасного стану соціально-економічного розвитку м. Жовті Води; оцінено результативність процесу стратегічного планування розвитку громади м. Жовті Води; запропоновано напрями удосконалення процесу стратегічного планування у досліджуваній територіальній громаді. Ключові слова: стратегічне планування, територіальна громада, управління розвитком територіальної громади, соціально-економічний розвиток, планування розвитку територіальної громади. The qualification work examines the role of strategic planning in the system of management of the development of territorial communities; highlights the mechanisms of planning the development of territorial communities in the context of domestic and foreign experience; analyzes the current state of socio-economic development of the city of Zhovti Vody; evaluates the effectiveness of the strategic planning process of the community development of Zhovti Vody; suggests ways to improve the strategic planning process in the studied territorial community.
