dc.description.abstractIn the article, the definition of the concept of «sports tourism» and its most important functions are examined. A general characterization of sports tourism as a promising direction for the development of the tourism industry in the Kyiv region is given. The main advantages and potential of the region for the development of sports tourism, including natural resources, infrastructure, and cultural features, are formulated. It is determined that the main value of sports tourism is the opportunity for active recreation and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The importance of developing strategies to stimulate the development of sports tourism, attract investments, and increase the competitiveness of the Kyiv region in the tourism market is analyzed.
dc.description.abstractotherУ статті розглянуто визначення поняття «спортивний туризм» та його найважливіші функції. Дана загальна характеристика спортивного туризму як перспективного напрямку розвитку туристської галузі в Київській області. Сформульовано основні переваги та потенціал регіону для розвитку спортивного туризму, включаючи природні ресурси, інфраструктуру та культурні особливості. Визначено, що головною цінністю спортивного туризму є можливість активного відпочинку та підтримання здорового способу життя. Проаналізовано важливість розробки стратегій для стимулювання розвитку спортивного туризму, залучення інвестицій та підвищення конкурентоспроможності Київської області на туристичному ринку.
