Анотація
Представлена монографія є однією зі спроб комплексно, з використанням сучасних методів пізнання і врахуванням новітніх наукових досягнень дослідити кластерний розвиток національної економіки. Автором проведено теоретичну експлікацію кластерних підходів в розвитку складних економічних систем: визначено та систематизовано етапи еволюції наукових поглядів на розвиток складних економічних систем на основі системного підходу; конкретизовано теоретичну парадигму самоорганізації економічних систем у контексті кластерних підходів; обґрунтовано теоретико-концептуальну сутність кластерів як форми організаційної конфігурації складних економічних систем, методологію управління кластерним розвитком націо¬нальної економіки. Особливу увагу приділено аналітичній оцінці стану та перспективам кластерного розвитку національної економіки в розрізі бюджетоутворюючих галузей, виокремленню перспективних напрямів розвитку екологічних, інформаційно-технологічних, торговельних кластерів, аналізу кластерного розвитку галузей, що мають позиції флагманів у наповненні бюджету, обґрунтуванню концепції кластерного розвитку внутрішньої торгівлі в структурі національної економіки.
Видання призначено для дослідників, практиків, експертів з питань кластерного розвитку та всіх зацікавлених читачів.

SINGULARITY OF CLUSTER DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY
The presented monograph is one of the attempts to comprehensively, using modern methods of cognition and taking into account the latest scientific achievements, investigate the cluster development of the national economy. The author has carried out a theoretical explication of cluster approaches in the development of complex economic systems: the stages of evolution of scientific views on the development of complex economic systems based on a systemic approach have been defined and systematized; the theoretical paradigm of self-organization of economic systems in the context of cluster approaches has been specified; the theoretical and conceptual essence of clusters as a form of organizational configuration of complex economic systems, the methodology for managing the cluster development of the national economy have been substantiated. Particular attention is paid to the analytical assessment of the state and prospects of cluster development of the national economy in terms of budget-forming industries, the identification of promising areas of development of environmental, information and technological, and trade clusters, the analysis of cluster development of industries that hold flagship positions in filling the budget, and the substantiation of the concept of cluster development of domestic trade in the structure of the national economy.
The publication is intended for researchers, practitioners, experts in cluster development, and all interested readers.
