dc.descriptionSTATE FINANCIAL POLICY The monograph examines the theoretical and methodological principles of the formation of the state's financial policy. The economic essence of the state financial policy as a component of socio-economic development is revealed. The institutional principles of state financial regulation of the economy are improved. Tax mechanisms in the macroeconomic policy system are considered. Priorities for increasing the efficiency of budget expenditures are determined. A financial mechanism for the development of human potential is developed. The main directions of state financial policy in the context of economic globalization are substantiated. The publication is designed for specialists and researchers, teachers, and students of higher education institutions in the field of finance.
dc.description.abstractУ монографії розглянуто теоретико-методологічні засади формування фінансової політики держави. Розкрито економічну сутність державної фінансової політики як складової соціально-економічного розвитку. Удосконалено інституційні засади державного фінансового регулювання економіки. Розглянуто податкові механізми в системі макроекономічної політики. Визначено пріоритети підвищення ефективності видатків бюджету. Розвинуто фінансовий механізм розвитку людського потенціалу. Обґрунтовано основні напрями державної фінансової політики в умовах глобалізації економіки. Видання призначено для фахівців і наукових працівників, викладачів, студентів закладів вищої освіти в галузі фінансів.
