The relevance of the topic is that the number of non-banking financial institutions in the country grows and accordingly requires regulation of non-banking financial market and legislative changes in the direction of regulatory environment approximation to international standards. Currently, Ukraine provides for a comprehensive settlement of relations on the market, which involves the implementation of international standards IAIS, IOPS та IOSCO, as well as the requirements of EU acts, the issue of the procedure for withdrawal of insolvent non-bank financial institutions from the market remains unresolved. Dragan O.I. etc. The study and analysis of these publications give us the opportunity to analyze and draw conclusions.
